The founder came from one of the international accounting firms (Audit) with extensive auditing/ tax experiences serving clients in different industries and participated in multiple projects including: auditing of listed multinational companies, initial public offering, annual auditing of multinational and local firms.

Special cases include acquisitions and mergers, due diligence, corporate restructuring and other consulting services such as internal control and system review. In addition, we are involved in various tax cases including: tax investigation, offshore profits claim, reply of IRD inquiry letters, application of Tax Resident Certificate etc.

The founder is a Fellow Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Certified Public Accountant).
